Established in 2012, PDXStrength has quickly become one of the top rated gyms in Portland, OR. We strive to deliver only the best to our clients in terms of Classes, Fitness, Nutritional Advice and of course a fun experience. We truly believe getting in shape doesn’t have to be a drag. Come join us, learn, get cut, socialize and have fun! PDXstrength is NOT CrossFit. It’s HUMAN PERFORMANCE TRAINING that incorporates components from Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning, Endurance, Gymnastics, and Yoga.

We offer a variety of classes like HIIT, Yoga, Stand Up Paddle board fitness, Bootcamps, Strength and Conditioning, Kettlebell classes and more. We DO NOT promote high rep weightlifting or gymnastics, kipping pull ups, or pushing past failure/illness.

We coach technique, proper pacing, foundational human movements (planks, crawling, carries, sled pushes and drags, unilateral training), prioritize relative strength, doing varied conditioning that matches each individual’s lifestyle, & rest/recovery. The only competition is with yourself!
